Small Studio classes have a maximum of 3 clients. The Pilates method takes time, practice, control, and concentration. Having small classes allows the teacher to establish these basic foundations and build the connection between your core strength and the rest of the body.

Studio classes use a diverse range of equipment to elevate your practice. From the core-strengthening Reformer, High Barrel, Cadillac, Barre to the unique challenges posed by the Wunda chair – Flow Pilates studio is your answer for a well-rounded Pilates journey. New Clients are encouraged to start with private one-on-one lessons to become familiar with the exercises and the equipment. Dress in comfortable clothing however clean grip socks must be worn when working out.

Studio Classes run for 50minutes. Flow Pilates goal is to assist clients reach their full potential with core strength, flexibility, and control.

It is recommended that all clients begin learning the Pilates method with a certificated instructor on a one-on-one basis. This very important step will allow us to design a program tailored to your specific needs and help deepen your understanding .

‌Your lesson will start with where your body is at on the day. You will work on the mat, reformer, and finally onto other pieces of equipment also suitable to your needs.

The lesson is designed just for you.
